no where in what you have said did you mention "what you WANT done about it"

two kids are fighting and one of them is winning, so the other runs to mum and dad for help. they are the law.

two adults are fighting and one of them is winning... consider that in looking to the law you may be acting like a child who is not getting their way.. you have other options, you can be the person incharge of this situation rather than looking to a higher authority.

you need to ask yourself why he's doing what he's doing and what you want in your future.

people have bad tempers when feelings get involved and they lash out. thats why some people say "i'm taking the law into my own hands" they mean they will solve the problem themselves but this is typically done with aggression and doesn't end well.
ask yourself honestly what you want. do you want him back? do you want to move on with your life? forget about the rights or wrongs of his actions or what other think. work out what is best for you.
if you want him to come back to loving you then you'll have to work out why he stopped (and it has nothing to do with the other woman, she was a convenient person who he's getting involved in) it could have been anyone who came along, you need to work out what excites him and why it doesn't excite you. that or explore more deeply those things that used to excite both of you.
it may simply be over between the two of you, if that is the case then the law is only really good at dealing with that ugly thing called "money" do you want any part in it at the cost of your inner self?
References :
hope this helped, drop me some feedback on www.singlesbar.webs.com we are all about keeping people together.
