I certainly … I certainly understand what you’re saying. I myself grew up in predominantly Anglo neighborhoods and went to schools that were over 90% Caucasian. Add to that, as a child I was raised for a while in Northern Italy…. so when I finally came to that age when I noticed guys, I also noticed that I almost singly (almost, but not exclusively) was attracted to white men. It’s not purposeful, it is something that feels natural to me. Don’t worry about others’ judgements – you do not owe them comfort.

I may be stepping over my boundaries, but I at times I feel many white men would like to approach a black girl but simply do not know how she is going to respond. Because of that I started to just go after white guys and I think I’m slowly gaining a preference for white guys just because the black guys at my school don’t want black girls. I mean I’m not mad if that’s what they like, but it bothers me when they judge me for liking white guys.
